10km journey from Padang Polo to MGS to Giant Supermarket,CRC,Gurney Drive,Peng Hwa then back to Padang Polo..Anyway..all my classmates were here..
Not many people as i expected..But good enough for a marathon i guess..
Din take any photos during the run this time..Because i seriously took part in this competition..
Dont know why...unlike any other previous marathons i participated..I'll find some bunch of friends then we'll talk while walking slowly until we finish the marathon..And of coz we always finished behind..
I dint know that they give out medals for participants who finished under the 90 min mark..
Actually thanks to a uncle i didnt know..He kept pushing me to run with him..So i managed to finish around 70 mins..I noe it isnt that good..But happy for myself that i tried my best..
Other than the medal, they gave out certs and a lucky draw coupon..
After we finished the race, we gotta walk to Seri Mutiara ( Penang Governor's House) for the closing ceremony,prize giving ceremony and of course the lucky draw..
First time ever into the governor's house..Really big..
Quite some distance to the ceremony though..
People were busy taking photos of his house..
Anyway i asked Jin why wasnt he taking photos..
He said everyday after school come back here also get to see it..Take photos for wat? =.="
The governor even has guards carrying M16s..
No wonder i never heard burglaries happened in there..
He even owns a golf course for himself..
But wouldnt it be boring if he's playing it alone??
Last but not least..The headline of the day..Lucky draw session..
My classmate, Justin has won the grand prize..A Modenas motorcycle..
Anyway his lucky ticket's no. is 1583...Mine is 1590 XD
Only 7 tickets away..Too bad he couldnt drive a motorcycle..
